Description

This delightful George III silver caddy spoon was made by the very collectable female silversmith Elizabeth Morley and is dated London 1807. The leaf-shaped bowl bright-engraved with a garland. Very pretty tendril loop handle. The back engraved with contemporary initials above a full set of hallmarks.
Leaf-shape caddy spoons are very collectable and rather rare and this is a wonderful example by a renowned female silversmith.

Duty mark.
EM for Elizabeth Morley.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "M" for 1807.
