This very elegant Edwardian silver mustard pot was made in Chester in 1908 and is in the Georgian revival style. Of traditional oval form , the sides pierced with vertical slats within prick-dot borders. The navette shaped cartouche vacant on both sides. The domed cover with urn finial and matching bright-cut decorations. Sold with a matched silver mustard spoon. The plain flat scroll handle with thumb-piece.
Fitted with a blue glass liner in perfect condition.

This exquisite French ormulu mounted, enamelled glass, chatelaine scent bottle dates circa 1870. The miniature Moser amber glass body enamelled with a gilt and polychrome enamel foliate spray. The neck with a an engraved gilt metal (ormulu) lid. The hinged lid opening to reveal a gilt interior and the neck fitted with a clear glass stopper. The sides fitted with a chain to hang onto a chatelaine. The flat base allowing the bottle to stand upright. This charming little scent bottle is rather unusual.
