This is a beautiful Victorian silver gilt and ruby glass double-ended scent bottle. The faceted body mounted on one end with a screw-top silver gilt lid and on the other with a hinged lid. Both with matching embossed decorations. One side fitted with original glass stopper, the other with original cork.

Hallmarks:
Unmarked as it was very often the case with scent bottle lids but tested as silver.

Dimensions:
Length: 12.5cm - 5 inches.
Diameter: 2.5cm - 1 inch.

Condition:

Glass in very good condition.
Inside of neck in excellent condition. No cracks.
Silver lids in good condition. One with slight indent.
No holes.

The black crocodile skin purse with a sinuous floral silver mount, very much in the Art Nouveau mannerT. he silver clasp is fully functioning and opens to reveal four "accordeon" compartments.

The plain domed silver lid with reeded handle. The base star cut. It comes with a very well matched silver preserve spoon made by A J Bailey and dated Birmingham 1921. The spoon with feather-edge border.

This very unusual and rather charming Georgian chamber stick dates circa 1800. The wirework sides forming arches under a simple reeded rim. The circular drip pan with pierced border.
