This rather impressive family size coffee pot was made circa 1870 by the Philip Ashberry & Sons, a Sheffield Britannia Metal manufacturer. The baluster lobed body raised on four elaborate bracket feet. The C-shape scroll handle with ceramic insulating spacers. The hinged cover with a tactile finial cast in the form of a leafy bud.

This exquisite silver pin cushion modelled as a flower basket was made circa 1800. These early pin cushions are quite scarce hence very desirable.
The silver basket engraved with flowers and shells and fitted with a rope-twist articulated handle. The base with basket-weave decorations. The blue velvet cushion, later replaced, is most probably Victorian.
