This stunning pair of Edwardian solid Silver Candlesticks are modelled on the early Georgian period, the reign of George I, circa 1720. Made in London 1908 by the illustrious Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company, they are elegant , heavy gauged and of excellent quality. The spread hexagonal bases with sunken circular wells raising into a knopped hexagonal column.
Original detachable sconces.
Loaded bases with replacement green felt.
Full hallmarks struck to the side of each base and struck to the sleeve of each capital.
A fine pair of candlesticks.

Lion Passant.
London Assay mark.
Date letters "n" for 1908.

No dents.
No pin holes.
