Description
This pretty single stamp box has a lovely semi-circular form. The glazed lid encasing an original stamp. The fully sprung cover is lined internally with purple leather. It is raised on four ball feet and has a gilt interior.Hallmarks:
L&S for Levi & Salaman.
Birmingham Assay Mark.
Date letter "a" for 1900.
Lion Passant.

Condition:
Excellent.
Strong hinge and good spring mechanism.
Internal stamp a little faded, commensurate with age.
