Description
This is a very decorative and pretty solid silver tea strainer. Dated Birmingham 1915, it bears the hallmarks of the renowned Walker & Hall. The pierced circular bowl with elaborate cast handles and a decorative beaded border. The side fully hallmarked. It has an excellent silver gauge and feels satisfyingly heavy when handled.Hallmarks:
W&H for Walker & Hall.
Sheffield Assay Mark.
Lion passant.
Date letter "x" for 1915.
