Description

This delightful mid-19th Century tortoiseshell casket is designed to hold sewing pins. The domed hinged cover inlaid with a small copper rectangular reserve. The front with a silvered button. The base raised on four resin feet. Original silver paper interior.
Dimensions:
Length: 5.5cm / 2.1 inches.
Width: 3cm / 1.1 inches.
Height: 3cm / 1.1 inch.
Condition:
Very good condition for its age.
Hinge a little weak..
Very little loss to the tortoiseshell, just minute loss on side barely noticeable, mentioned for accuracy.
Original interior in good condition.
