Description

This is a very sweet and unusual Victorian silver caddy spoon. Made in Birmingham 1892, it bears the marks of John Millward Banks. The naturalistic handle cast with a mythical creature, the shovel shaped bowl plain. The back of the bowl fully hallmarked.
Hallmarks:
J.M.B for John Millward Banks.
Lion Passant.
Birmingham Assay Mark.
Date letter "s" for 1892.
Condition:
Very good.
Bowl in very good condition.
Handle in very good condition.
