This very pretty Victorian silver bookmark was made by the prolific silversmiths Adie and Lovekin amnd is dated Birmingham 1898. Of conventional trowel shape, with a decorative wrythen fluted handle.Hallmarks:
A&L for Adie & Lovekin.
Birmingham Assay Mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "m" for 1911.
