Description
This good size solid silver hip flask was made by Cyril James Frost and is hallmarked for London 1897. It has an unusual curved crescent form designed to fit comfortably in a pocket.The hallmarked hinged domed lid with bayonet locking mechanism.
Excellent gauge of silver, it feels satisfyingly heavy.
Flat narrow pedestal base allowing the flask to stand upright.
All parts separately hallmarked.

CJF for Cyril James Frost
London Assay mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "b" for 1897.
Condition:
very good.
Small dent on top oif lid.
Minor dings on body, commensurate with age.
Good lid.
