This is a beautiful and unusual Victorian silver lidded amethyst glass scent bottle. The amethyst barrel-shaped glass body mounted with a fully hallmarked solid silver lid. The lid embossed with flower heads. The neck fitted with a clear glass stopper.Hallmarks:
CM for Charles May.
Birmingham Assay mark.
Lion passant.
Date letter "b" for 1901.
