Description
This stunning silver mounted and pique tortoiseshell jewellery box was made by Boardman, Glossop & Co Ltd and is dated Birmingham 1906. Of oval form, The silver mounted tortoiseshell cover decorated with an exquisite ribbon-tied garland surrounded by a raised bluebell border . The plain base raised on four cabriole legs. The hinged lid opening to reveal teh original green satin and velvet interior.Black Morocco on the underside.

Date letter "g" for 1906.
