Description
This tall and very decorative Edwardian silver caster was made in Chester 1909 by the renowned Nathan & Hayes. It is of generous proportions and has an excellent silver gauge. Of neoclassical inspiration, the urn-shaped body profusely decorated with festoons, leaves and cast shells. The pull-off pierced cover with pineapple finial. Raised on a circular pedestal base.Hallmarks:
