Description
This is a stunning and unusual Art Deco silver lidded preserve jar with matching stand. The plain, slightly domed silver lid resting on a reeded glass cylindrical body. The glass fitted in an elegant circular tray raised on four ball feet.The tray with a fine gadroon border. The lif with an elegant acorn finial. The lid with a slot for the spoon. The solid silver spoon by James Round is dated Sheffield 1927.
