Description
This good quality, good gauge, solid silver sugar bowl is dated Chester 1908 and bears the marks of the Barker Brothers. Of traditional form, the fluted lower section raised on a flat oval pedestal base. The domed hinged lid with decorative flame finial. The interior with the original pale gilt wash.Hallmarks:
HEB over FEB for the Barker Brothers.
Chester Assay.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "H" for 1908.
