Description

This unusual and rather striking silver and cut glass scent bottle dates circa 1890. The light amber coloured body sliced-cut in geometric patterns. The neck fitted with a hinged silver lid. The embossed lid opening to reveal a clear glass stopper.
Hallmarks:
Unmarked as it was very often the case with scent bottle lids but tested as silver.
Dimensions:
Height: 8cm / 3 inches.
Width: 3.5cm / 1.3 inches.
Depth: 12.5m / 1 inch.
Condition:
Very good.
No dings or dents, no holes to the lid.
Inner glass neck in perfect condition.
Glass stopper in good condition.
