Description
This delightful Edwardian silver cocktail purse / visiting card case is dated Chester 1910 and was made by the Stokes & Ireland. Of rounded rectangular form, the front exquisitely engraved with neo-classical motifs . The back with conforming decorations. The interior with several compartments lined with the original blue moire silk. The sides fitted with a chain and suspension ring to allow a lady to hold her purse while holding her cocktail glass.Hallmarks:
