Description
This elegant silver and guilloche enamel small dressing table jar is dated Birmingham 1936. Of rectangular form, the powder blue guilloche enamel lid with exquisite sunburst decorations emanating from a rectangular reserve. The inner lid gilt. Fitted snuggly on a clear glass base.Hallmarks:
Maker's marks indistinct
Birmingham Assay Mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "M" for 1936.
