This is a very unusual and rather charming solid silver pill box surmounted by a small swan pin cushion. The plain circular box raised on a pedestal. The cover with a small swan pin cushion. The body with detailed plumage. The flush hinged lid opening to reveal the original mirror and a gilt interior.Hallmarks:
