Description

This exquisite pair of Victorian solid silver toast racks is dated Sheffield 1899 and bears the marks of by the illustrious William Hutton & Sons. Each leaf- shaped base with five arched wire-loop divisions and raised on four claw and ball feet. The central bar surmounted by a ring handle. The design is simple and supremely elegant. The silver gauge is very good, a testimony to the quality of these pieces./
