Description
This exquisite silver mounted lilac guilloche enamel pendant compact is dated Birmingham 1917. The lid inset with a gorgeous sunburst design lilac enamel cabochon. The hinged cover opens to reveal a gilt interior, it still has its original convex mirror and original puffer. The top fitted with a suspension ring so that the compact could be hung from a fob chain or chatelaine.Hallmarks:
L&S for Levi & Salaman.
Lion Passant.
Birmingham Assay Mark.
Date letter "s" for 1917

Condition:
