Description
This is a rare and rather striking Victorian silver and cut glass scent bottle.. The vivid blue glass body sliced-cut with diamond patterns. Mounted with a silver lid. The hinged lid has an elegant tapered form and is decorated with fine engine-turned patterns surrounding a vacant reserve. The neck fitted with the original blue glass stopper, a rare occurence.Hallmarks:
Not hallmarked, as it very often was the case with scent bottle lids, but tested as silver.

Depth: 2cm /0.6 inches.
Condition:
Glass in very good condition
Inside of neck in excellent condition. No cracks.
Silver lid in very good condition.
