This delightful Victorian cased sterling silver sewing necessaire is dated Birmingham 1898. The fitted case comprises of a pair of a silver mounted steel scissors , a button hook, a thimble, all fully hallmarked for Levi & Salaman, Birmingham 1898. All fitted in the original beautiful leather case with a vivid green velvet and satin interior.Hallmarks:

Birmingham Assay Mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "y" for 1898.
