This exquisite solid silver patience card box has very simple lines. The hinged cover with crenelated sides opening to reveal two compartments fitted with the original and complete set of cards. The cards by the renowned De La Rue company.Hallmarks:
SJ for Samuel Jacob.
London Assay Mark.
Lion Passant
Date letter "c" for 1898.
Condition:
Very good.
Minor surface scratching, commensurate with age and use.
