This delightful Edwardian silver and enamelled glass scent bottle bears the marks of Charles May, prolific scent bottle creator. The clear glass body hand enamelled in the Mary Gregory style with a bird and nest in a rural setting. Mounted with an embossed screw-top silver lid. The inner lid corked.Hallmarks:
CM for Charles May.
Birmingham Assay mark.
Lion passant.
Date letter "b" for 1901.
