This elegant silver hat pin is hallmarked for Chester 1923 and bears the marks of the collectable Charles Horner. The steel pin mounted with a silver final inset with an amethyst paste stone very much in the Art Deco style..Hallmarks:
C.H for Charles Horner.
Chester Assay mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "x" for 1923.
