Description
This exquisite Georgian silver miniature chamber stick and matching snuffer is dated Sheffield 1824 . Very much in the Georgian Rococo style, it is profusely embossed with foliate motifs. The circular tray with an embellished flying scroll handle fitted with a belcher chain attached to a fully hallmarked cone-shaped snuffer. The gadroon socket with the original fully hallmarked nozzle. It is very rare to have all the original elements present and in such fine condition.Hallmarks:
