Description
This is a gorgeous 19th Century French ormulu mounted green opaline glass scent bottle. The cylindrical uranium opaline green glass body decorated with with gilt stars. The ormulu embossed lid inset with a fine glazed watercolour depicting a courting gentleman. The hinged lid opening to reveal the original clear glass stopper.Dimensions:
Height: 9cm / 3.4 inches.
Diameter : 5cm / 2 inches.
Condition:
Good.
Glass and ormulu mounts in very good condition.
Original glass stopper.
Glazed lid a little loose and watercolour with age related wear.
