Description
This lovely cased silver thimble was made in Chester 1923 by the sought-after silversmith Charles Horner. The lower section of the thimble fully hallmarked the middle section engraved with stiple designs. The Morocco leather case lined with velvet and satin.Hallmarks:
CH for Charles Horner.
Lion Passant.
Chester Assay Mark.
Date letter "x" for 1923.
Size number 8.
