Description
This is a very pretty small Edwardian silver vesta case. The solid silver body engraved with foliate decorations surrounding a vacant reserve to the front. The back with conforming decorations. The sprung hinged cover wit ring attachment.The inner lid still retaining its gilt wash.
The base with striker.
Hallmarks:
J.G for Joseph Gloster.
Birmingham Assay Mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "b" for 1901.
