Description
This small and exquisite novelty silver pin cushion in the form of an elephant was made by the Boots Pure Drug Company and is dated Birmingham 1908. It is fitted with its original fushia velvet cushion.Hallmarks:

Date letter "i" for 1908.
Birmingham Assay mark.
Dimensions:
Length up to tail: 4cm / 1.6 inches.
Height: 3.5cm / 1.2 inches.
Width: 1.5cm / 0.4 inches.
Condition:
Silver casing in reasonable condition with a couple of dings on the head and a minute 2mm split on the side.
Cushion in good condition.
Sits firmly on its legs.
No repairs.
Original velvet cushion.
