Description
This unusual George V novelty silver bookmark was made by the renowned Adie & Lovekin and is dated Birmingham 1917. The terminal modelled as a thistle inset with a beautiful opaque green glass finial resembling jade. it has a fully hallmarked blade.Hallmarks:
A&L for Adie & Lovekin.
Birmingham Assay Mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "s" for 1917.
