Description
This delightful dark green leather purse is mounted with engraved silver corners and a silver clasp. It is dated Birmingham 1898 and bears the marks of Frederick Wich, leather goods manufacturer. The silver clasp is fully functioning and opens to reveal four "accordeon" compartments.Additional front pocket.

Date letter "y" for 1898.

Leather in good condition.
Silver corners and clasp in equally good condition.
