This Georgian revival silver christening mug is hallmarked for London 1846 and bears the marks of Richard Pearce & George Burrows. The tapered cylindrical body engraved with reeded bands.
C- shape handle and gilt interior.

RP over GB for Richard Pearce & George Burrows.
Lon Passant.
London Assay mark.
Duty Mark.
Date letter "l" for 1846.
