Description

This is a very pretty gilt and enamelled glass attar perfume bottle. These type of scent bottles are also known as an Oxford Lavender or Throwaway , as they were sold containing a sample of perfume and were intended to be thrown away after use. This particular one is a more unusual enamelled example.
The four faceted sides sliced-cut with thumb-cut patterns and heightened with naive enamel and gilt floral decorations.
Fitted with a clear glass stopper.

Width: 1.5cm x 1.5cm / 0.5 inches x 0.5 inches.
Condition:
Very good.
No damage to glass.
