Description
These unusual set of Victorian silver desk scales is dated Birmingham 1897 and was made by Henry Williamson. The silver casing with a scalloped rectangular base and ivorine front. Plain rectangular tray to put the letters at the top.Hallmarks:
H.W Henry Williamson.
Birmingham Assay Mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "l" for 1910.

Length: 8cm / 3 inches.
Height: 6cm / 2 inches.
Width: 5cm / 2 inches.
Condition:
Very good.
No dents.
Mechanism a little stiff and does not give an exact reading.
Ivorine front with age patina but still readable.
Good set of marks.
