Description
This unusual Edwardian silver travelling sewing case is dated Birmingham 1905 and bears the marks of Horton & Allday. Of plain cylindrical form with inner bobbin wheel incorporating a needle case and thimble holder. This is a cleverly designed and still very functional silver piece. All parts are separately hallmarked.Hallmarks:

Date letter "f" for 1905.
Birmingham Assay mark.
Lion Passant.

Condition:
