Description
This exquisite silver and pale yellow guilloche enamel novelty purse compact is in the form of a hand mirror. The front with a hinged cover and silver thumb-piece opens to reveal a gilt interior and the original mirror. The original puff ball is in place. The engine-turned pale yellow guilloche body heightened on both sides with a white enamel border. The handle fitted with a suspension ring.Hallmarks:
Continental marks :935 for silver fineness.

Mirror height x width: 4cm x 3cm / 1.4 inches x 1.2 inches.
Condition:
Very good.
Very minor rubbing of the enamel at the extremity of the back of the handle.
Front in excellent condition.
Mirror in equally good condition.
Complete with original puff ball and internal mirror.
