Description
This wonderful Edwardian silver mounted crocodile skin bears the marks of Frederick Wich who specialised in mounts on imported purses and wallet. The brown crocodile skin purse with a sinuous silver mount, very much in the Art Nouveau manner. The silver clasp is fully functioning and opens to reveal four "accordeon" compartments. Condition:
Crocodile skin in excellent glossy condition.
Silver corners and clasp in very good condition.
Very good interior,,a little worn but commensurate with age and use.
